The Customer Experience & Insights (CXI) organization leverages qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of customers’ touchpoints with PG&E. Through data analytics, journey mapping, qualitative and quantitative research, process improvement, and program management, we build empathy and advocate on behalf of customers. This helps us develop actionable insights to influence strategy and improve customer experience.
We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Scientist to design, develop, and execute scripts, programs, models, algorithms, and processes using structured and unstructured data from various sources. The role involves generating actionable insights for strategy and policy development, process improvement, and product enhancement. You will also work on the technical development phases including data engineering, analytics/modeling, and visualization/user interface. Interaction with technical and non-technical clients to resolve analysis and technical issues is a key aspect of this role. Continuous improvement throughout the development cycle along with teamwork and client collaboration is essential.
This hybrid position requires working from your remote office and the assigned work location based on business needs within the PG&E Service Territory.
