Position Summary

As a Senior Data Scientist in Relationship Marketing at CVS Health, you will:

• Develop and utilize algorithms and statistical predictive models to evaluate scenarios and predict future outcomes.
• Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data using advanced statistical techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand goals and develop predictive models, statistical analysis, data reports, and performance metrics.
• Present analytics results and solutions to existing and prospective constituents.
• Exchange complex information with internal and external peers and managers.
• Use programming skills to explore large data volumes in various forms, investigating problems, detecting patterns, and recommending solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant analytic experience.
• Proficiency in programming using R or Python.
• Experience in data manipulation using SAS or SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or customer analytics, including campaign analysis and optimization.
• Understanding of retail, data-driven marketing, campaign analysis, customer analytics, CRM, or database marketing.
• Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with advanced analytics techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills, data structuring abilities, and quantitative reasoning.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners.
• Proactive problem prevention skills.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages for analyzing large data sets.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $106,605.00 - $206,000.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on various factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for CVS Health's bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs.
