Senior Data Scientist

Our technology allows scientists to record their work using voice commands, letting them concentrate on research rather than cumbersome documentation. By simplifying lab documentation, our aim is to boost both the efficiency and quality of research.

Located in Berlin's bustling and inventive tech hub, we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to be part of our Data Science Team, helping us to realize our mission of revolutionizing laboratory operations through advanced technology.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, refine and launch our AI models (such as voice, image and LLM models)
• Help in finding and implementing innovative data-driven features that will empower our customers to exploit their data more efficiently
• Work alongside our engineering team to refresh and maintain our scalable ML models.

• Construct pipelines at scale (for instance, analyzing and introducing new ASR services)
• Keep up and enhance our current training & improvement processes
• Create and refine training data for our AI models
• Train and evaluate new models

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Data Science managing AI services, experience with user-facing mobile and web applications is highly desirable
• Background in Life Sciences, MedTech, Healthcare or Productivity apps is also a significant advantage
• Knowledge of NLP principles
• Experience with frameworks such as Microsoft Custom Speech, Pytorch, Azure GPT, Huggingface
• Experience in maintaining and enhancing ML models within real-world applications
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally and attentiveness to detail
• A startup mentality, which results in proactivity and ownership
• Strong programming abilities
• Preferred: Experience with AWS
