About Your New Role

You will be spearheading Product Information Management (PIM) efforts, optimizing information delivery across various channels. Your role involves collaborating with marketing teams to boost customer interactions and implement effective data strategies. As a Subject Matter Expert in customer data, you will be pivotal in enhancing data-driven marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless user experiences, and aligning projects with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the development and implementation of PIM systems to streamline information across digital platforms.
• Functioning as the primary liaison for business units to deliver critical product information, enhancing omnichannel customer experiences.
• Establishing and promoting the usage of 1st party data strategy, ensuring effective communication across preferred customer channels.
• Collaborating closely with various teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience strategy.
• Managing multiple concurrent projects, focusing on strategic alignment and timely delivery.

What You Will Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 10 years' experience in digital marketing, with strong skills in Product Information Management (PIM) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Proven expertise in audience segmentation and digital marketing personalization.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across all levels of the organization.
