Senior Ecommerce & Digital Analyst
Are you a digital expert passionate about measuring, optimizing, and driving online revenue? As a Senior Ecommerce & Digital Analyst, you will manage the day-to-day reporting and site analytics across our digital marketing team, including maintaining our digital data model in Looker.

Responsibilities
- Generate actionable business insights to influence website improvements and digital campaign effectiveness through data analysis, aiming to increase profitability and growth.
- Respond to ad hoc site analytics and sales requests from key stakeholders, including UX, Paid Media, Brand, and Regional Marketing teams.
- Create e-commerce dashboards to track online activity across B2C, B2B sites, and consumer-facing apps.
- Develop digital analytics reporting for the Paid Media and Commercial teams, providing campaign insights for optimization and post-mortem analyses, as well as understanding conversion funnels.
- Act as the point person for measurement and analytics in digital projects.
- Collaborate with our Business Intelligence developer team by modeling data on all digital topics.
- Contribute actively to the Business Intelligence and Digital Teams in a supportive, inspiring, and motivational manner.
- Become an expert in our industry, business, culture, and customers to create effective, impactful, and strategic work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital analytics.
- Skilled with online analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Heap.
- Experienced with Business Intelligence tools to create custom reporting (Looker preferred).
- Intermediate SQL skills with a strong understanding of relational databases.
- Experience with LookML is strongly preferred or a willingness to learn Looker’s SQL language.
- Experience with Salesforce and Clickup is an asset.
- Solid knowledge and skills in acquisition marketing and digital marketing.
- Understanding of multi-touch attribution models and ETL (extract, transform, load) data processes to inform O2O (online to offline) business strategies.
