Company Description

Summary

Assent is the premier provider of supply chain sustainability solutions designed for the world’s top-tier, sustainability-focused manufacturers. The fact remains that many supply chains, fraught with unforeseen risks, were not created with sustainability in mind. This is where we come in. With insights from industry experts, Assent is the trusted tool for all-encompassing sustainability for manufacturers.

In merely six years, we've managed to grow from $5 million to $85 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). Our recent funding round of $350 million, led by Vista Equity Partners, positions us for even further expansion and we're currently on the lookout for exceptional team members.

As a Certified B Corporation, we actively embrace sustainability, rather than merely advocating for it. This certification underscores our commitment to environmental, social, and governance excellence. At Assent, your work will directly contribute to elevating transparency, sustainability, and fair practices globally.

Hybrid Work Model

Here at Assent, we take pride in our remote-first work model, valuing the flexibility and autonomy it provides to our team members. However, we also recognize the intangible benefits of occasional in-person workdays. For team members located within 50 kms/31 miles of our five global offices in Ottawa, Eldoret, Penang, Columbus, and Amsterdam, you can expect to come into the office one day a week. Similarly, those near our co-working spaces in Nairobi and Toronto are encouraged to work onsite once a month.
