About the Opportunity

As a Senior Financial Crime ML/AI Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing the next generation of financial crime prevention models. You will collaborate with stakeholders and data scientists to formulate a forward-thinking strategy and roadmap for our ML/AI products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help develop next-generation financial crime prevention models.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and data scientists to set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ML/AI products.
• Define and analyze metrics that guide the success of the team.
• Collaborate with team members to unlock new capabilities to combat financial crime.
• Ensure the team focuses on impactful work, helping data scientists deliver valuable results.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to inform decision-making.
• Stay updated on AI, analytics, and financial crime trends, and share insights with the team.

The role is based in Stockholm, where you will join a dynamic and hybrid-skilled team.

Your Experience and Background:

• Proven experience as a product manager in a large organization.
• Proven experience with ML/AI products.
• Expertise in translating complex business requirements into actionable tasks for data scientists.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including expectations management across multiple domains.
• Ability to formulate and communicate product vision and strategy.
• Enjoys collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in financial crime prevention within the financial services industry is an advantage.
