We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team at our Paris office. Become part of our extensive Data Science team, playing a crucial role in shaping product decisions and creating infrastructures for efficiency, growth, and security.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data mining and data visualization techniques to extract actionable insights for business and product decisions.
• Design, implement, and communicate predictive and descriptive models to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain visualizations, including dashboards, reports, and alerts.
• Collaborate with product and market teams to identify key business metrics.
• Identify and relay data insights that enhance consumer experience and meet business objectives.
• Source appropriate data to support product strategies.
• Work across Customer Service, Marketing, and Product teams to define retail customer segmentation and journey profiles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in probability and statistics, including hypothesis testing, simulations, ANOVA, and Bayesian statistics.
• Proficiency in Python for Data Analytics (or a similar scripting language) and SQL.
• Experience with relational and non-relational database systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platform development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cryptocurrency.
• Experience in financial reporting.
• Knowledge of R, C++, Java, or other programming/scripting languages.
• 8+ years in a similar role or function.
