About the Role

• Ensure daily EDI files are received and address any issues with failed files.
• Format and load weekly MES invoices into TEDI.
• Perform monthly manual billing for assigned courier accounts.
• Assist with month-end close activities as needed.
• Support quarterly client reporting for assigned clients.
• Support internal and external client financial audits.
• Collaborate with global functional areas (Logistics, Accounts Payable, Client Services, Global Project Management, Sourcing, and Commercial Development) to ensure adherence to financial policies and strategic decisions.
• Develop efficient solutions to client requests for non-standard service offerings, ensuring compliance with company objectives and financial policies.

Your Qualifications

BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Your Experience

• Experience in Logistics and EDI.
• SAP Experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 2-3 years of comparable experience.
• Extensive knowledge of analytical tools such as MS Excel.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior use of ERP and Operational systems, with demonstrated knowledge of system connectivity.
• Ability to understand database structure, system interaction, and transaction flow among disparate systems.
