Your Role

As a Senior Full Stack Machine Learning Engineer, you will:

• Be responsible for machine learning projects from beginning to end, including data discovery, design, implementation, and deployment
• Create unique datasets for training and testing new ML capabilities
• Develop new and innovative ways to evaluate and benchmark LLMs for unique use cases
• Adopt a skateboard → scooter → bike → motorcycle approach to take customer-centered prototypes to scalable, production-grade services
• Actively share your insights and experiments

What You Bring to the Table

• A minimum of 5 years in an engineering role
• Experience in a startup environment or similar fast-paced settings
• Deep understanding of various machine learning techniques (LLMs, RLHF), areas (NLP, Speech), and tools (pytorch)
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field and can select suitable algorithms, tools, or techniques for a specific problem and scale
• Proficiency with web (full-stack) technologies, particularly Python; knowledge of TypeScript is a bonus
• Experience with implementing Machine Learning solutions, either as out-of-the-box solutions or in-house
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and their utilization for accelerating development
• A history of building products with a customer focus
• Experience in product designing from scratch, in collaboration with product and design teams
