We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a specialization in Computer Vision to enhance our Trust & Safety team. This role is pivotal in advancing our commitment to creating safe, healthy, and equitable relationships through the innovative use of technology.

What You Will Do

You will collaborate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment to:

• Develop and implement advanced computer vision and machine learning technologies such as image classification, facial recognition, and synthetic image generation.
• Conduct extensive research and large-scale experiments to influence product development.
• Deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models to have a tangible impact across multiple aspects of our business.
• Collaborate with various teams to transform complex problems into scalable AI solutions using extensive datasets.
• Stay updated with the latest research and contribute to the community by prototyping and publishing findings.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; a Ph.D. is advantageous.
• Robust experience in machine learning with a focus on computer vision.
• A track record of leading ML projects from conceptualization to deployment.
• Experience in developing training and benchmarking datasets.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles, including ETL pipelines, CI/CD, agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git.
• A strong foundation in statistical modeling and data synthesis.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying informed about industry developments.

Desirable Additional Skills

It's a bonus if you have:

• Experience in the Trust & Safety arena.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly GCP.
• Contributions to major data science publications or conferences.
