Founded in late 2020 by a group of machine learning engineers and researchers, MosaicML allows companies to securely tweak, train, and implement customized AI models on their own data, ensuring maximum security and control. All major cloud providers are compatible with the MosaicML platform, providing maximum flexibility for AI development. Introduced in 2023, MosaicML's pre-trained transformer models have set a new standard for open-source, commercially usable Large Language Models (LLMs) and have been downloaded over 3 million times. MosaicML firmly believes that a company's AI models are as valuable as any other core intellectual property and that high-quality AI models should be accessible to everyone.
