Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Develop timeseries and predictive models utilizing methods such as regression, clustering, classification, and neural networks.
• Experience building applications using OpenAI and open-source Large Language Models (LLM).
• Address document parsing problems with the help of open-source tools/models (Document AI).
• Create and validate models to optimize warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
• Extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources for thorough analysis.
• Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of predictive models.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.

Essential Qualifications

• MSc degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages, SQL, and version control software.
• Proficient in machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, XGBoost, CatBoost, Pytorch, and Transformers.
• Excellent analytical skills and the capability to handle large, complex datasets.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Worked with Gen-AI and Document AI.
• Cloud deployment of batch models using tools like Docker, MLFlow, and Kubernetes.
• Background in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Experience implementing optimization algorithms such as Genetic, Simulated Annealing, Ant Colony, Linear programming, Mixed Integer programming, Particle Swarm, etc.
