Job Description

In the role of a Senior Manager AI/ML Risk Guide, you will collaborate with experts in AI/ML product development, design, and technology teams to enhance customer experience and implement comprehensive risk management solutions. This position is ideal if you enjoy multitasking, influencing multidisciplinary teams, and driving risk advisory processes across the company.

Your technical acumen will be crucial in assessing and mitigating risks associated with deploying machine learning models and AI systems. Responsibilities include performing risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing technical controls. You will partner closely with engineering and data science teams to integrate risk management into the AI/ML development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI/ML risk office vision and deliver enterprise/team objectives.
• Lead AI/ML Product and Tech teams to identify, develop, and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and deliver senior-level risk management reporting and communications.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and leaders to achieve strategic objectives.
• Coordinate program-related activities to ensure team and stakeholder alignment.
• Innovate and improve risk management approaches continuously.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Enterprise Services process owners and vertical risk advisors.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting internal business clients.
• At least 3 years of experience in project, process, or program management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Change or Process Management.
• Risk Certifications (e.g., CISM, CRISC, CISSP).
• Business Process Management certification, Lean, or Green Belt Certification.
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders and proven ability to drive results.
• Understanding of security controls for cloud-based services (SaaS).
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and Generative AI.

Salary & Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary with a range based on location:

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $199,100 - $227,200 for Sr. Manager, Cyber Risk & Analysis
