Job Title: Senior Manager - Business Performance & Analytics

Reports to: General Manager – Business Intelligence

Main Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor key metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify improvement areas.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate actionable insights through data collection and analysis of customer behavior, channels, competition, and macro-environment.
• Develop predictive analytics and forecasting models using advanced AI/ML techniques.
• Support business planning with financial and non-financial KPI forecast models.
• Ensure both financial and non-financial KPI reporting through regular interactions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
• Evaluate and implement technology tools for data analytics initiatives.
• Engage with functional departments to meet BI needs and guide business decisions.

• Exceptional data analytics skills to drive insights.
• Proficiency in reports automation and data visualization.
• Effective performance monitoring and reporting abilities.
• Sound business planning and forecasting, including key assumption analysis.

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Desirable Postgraduate Qualifications: Project management, data governance, data science, or IT management.

Experience & Skills

Experience:

• 5+ years in data analytics and visualization projects.
• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design concepts.
• Proficiency in Data Science & ML development.
• Experience with big data platforms and technologies like Hadoop Hortonworks, Spark, etc.
• Design and implementation of data models and ETL pipelines.
• 3+ years managing data engineers and analyst teams.
• Experience in the telecommunications environment is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in automation, analysis, and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, MATLAB/R, Power BI, and Tableau.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Operational knowledge of cloud-based platforms like GCP, Azure, and AWS.
