Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager, Data Science and Analytics at Circle, you will spearhead our data science and analytics efforts within the developer products and marketing domains. Your leadership will guide a team of 5-10 talented data analysts and scientists, ensuring their work is impactful and aligned with Circle’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the data analytics and data science initiatives for our developer and marketing efforts.
• Ensure technical soundness, relevance, and impact of team outputs.
• Provide constructive feedback to foster team growth and skill development.
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, business development, and marketing teams to drive strategic decisions.
• Establish organized, efficient team operations and rituals for optimal productivity.
• Partner with other data leaders to build a world-class data team.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, with 3+ years in a managerial role overseeing reporting and analytics/data science functions.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as R or Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to leverage data to reveal critical insights, even when challenging.
• Skill in cross-functional partnership and collaboration.
• Timely and direct feedback provision for team improvement.

Additional Information:

This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Circle aims to promote an inclusive financial future with transparency at its core. Compensation is determined based on various factors including experience, skill set, and business needs.

Base Pay Range: $205,000 - $265,000

Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%

Additional benefits include equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
