Rigorously enforce SLA adherence, ensuring data quality, monitoring inputs, and holding teams accountable for service excellence. Lead a team of analysts and system specialists to ensure data quality across systems and execute cross-functional data transformation projects.
7-8 years of core engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain management experience in the automotive industry or allied manufacturing sectors, with experience handling part/component level data.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Automotive, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications or a Diploma in data operations (SAP MM/PP/WM) focusing on manufacturing, procurement, and logistics are beneficial.
Steer the implementation of key cross-functional data management projects, reinforcing data integrity and centralization to enhance company-wide access and utility. Methodically enhance service processes to uphold and elevate SLAs, ensuring consistent standardization and superior data quality throughout the organization. Advocate for and attain master data accuracy, ensuring timely updates that meet enterprise needs. Demonstrated expertise in spearheading cross-functional projects, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse organizational domains, enhancing data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency in the automotive sector.
