Role Overview

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will:

• Analyze marketing campaign data to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of lifecycle engagement strategies.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques to predict outcomes and derive actionable insights from data.
• Create customer scorecards and monitor quality processes to continually improve our offerings.
• Conduct A/B testing and use data analysis to optimize campaign results across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance attribution models and refine marketing dashboards for optimal performance.

Who You Are

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within e-commerce or marketing.
• A strong background in statistics, data mining, and problem-solving, with proficiency in SQL and one or more analytics tools (R, Python, Matlab).
• An understanding of big data technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization (Tableau, Weka, Sisense).
• Proven project management skills and leadership experience.
