About the Role

As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will lead and oversee all marketing activities related to Aethir's industry-leading AI compute solutions, including Aethir Earth and Aethir Atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include driving brand awareness, lead generation, sales enablement, product marketing, and expanding our market share within the enterprise AI computing realm.

You will be a marketing leader with a proven track record in B2B technology marketing. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to establish Aethir as the premier provider for high-performance AI compute solutions.
  • Lead marketing functions within the enterprise AI business unit, encompassing brand positioning, content creation, demand generation, and marketing automation.
  • Collaborate with the entire marketing team, reporting directly to the GM of Enterprise, with a dotted line to the CMO.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Create a detailed marketing plan aligned with Aethir's business goals and product roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the AI compute space.
  • Define Aethir's brand positioning and messaging to resonate with target audiences (enterprise AI developers and decision-makers).

Demand Generation & Lead Management

  • Oversee lead generation activities, including website optimization, content marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Develop and execute nurturing campaigns to convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and processes to optimize campaign performance and track key metrics (e.g., leads generated, cost-per-lead).

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

  • Develop a content marketing strategy that educates potential customers about the benefits of Aethir's AI compute solutions.
  • Create high-quality content (e.g., white papers, blog posts, case studies) showcasing Aethir's expertise and thought leadership in the AI space.
  • Manage and collaborate with external content creators and industry influencers.

Public Relations & Analyst Relations

  • Execute public relations strategies to generate positive media coverage for Aethir and its solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and journalists to establish Aethir as a technology leader.

Marketing Leadership

  • Set clear goals and expectations for the marketing team and track performance against established metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies to continuously enhance Aethir's marketing approach.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B technology marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns for complex technology solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise AI computing landscape and its marketing challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Proven success in driving lead generation and surpassing sales quotas through marketing efforts.
  • A passion for AI and its potential to revolutionize various industries.
  • Understanding of high-end GPU-based computing (e.g., NVIDIA H100s) and its benefits for AI enterprises. Bonus points for familiarity with the Web3 space (crypto, tokenomics, etc.).
