Your Role at Expel:

• Liaise with our Data Science and Engineering teams to optimize deployment, monitoring, and management of our advanced machine learning functionalities.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and quality, pushing the boundaries of experimentation.
• Stay updated with emerging industry techniques and research that could benefit Expel.
• Enhance our mentorship culture by coaching team members on ML Ops processes and tools.
• Amplify Expel’s industry presence through blog contributions and speaking at conferences.

What You Should Bring:

• A strong desire to teach and guide others in ML Ops.
• Effective collaboration skills and a knack for communicating technical concepts across varying levels of technical expertise.
• A drive to develop and enhance our ML Ops infrastructure.
• Proven proficiency with Python, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based machine learning platforms like VertexAI or Sagemaker.
• At least 5 years of dedicated ML Ops experience with a solid grasp of engineering and quality standards.

Expel offers a competitive salary ranging from $138,800 to $201,300 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity options.
