About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design and manage the global implementation of all HRIS systems.

- Spearhead data analysis and integration projects to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure rigorous compliance and governance across all platforms.
- Facilitate the seamless adoption of new system features through proactive communication and training.

What You Bring to LTK

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., UKGPro, Workday, Oracle).
- Expertise in managing large-scale HRIS integrations and data analytics.
- Excellent project management capabilities and a pioneer in process improvement.
- Effective communicator with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
