Role Overview

As a Senior Power BI Developer - Data Analyst, you will blend your analytical skills with an Agile mindset to build a variety of reports using the Microsoft Power Platform, mainly Power BI and Excel. Your work will provide crucial insights into our R&D organization, facilitating the alignment of our cross-R&D team and guiding our investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, data models, and scripts in Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with teams for data ingestion from Jira, internal systems, and HR systems, ensuring consistency and security of data.
• Work closely with Jira experts to ensure an aligned data structure from Jira.
• Engage with stakeholders from the Office of Technology and Product, People Operations, Program and Product Management, and Product Teams.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or software engineer.
• 2+ years of experience in data processing and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
• Practical experience with DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake.
• Analytical, result-oriented, and structured way of working with attention to detail.
• Proactive personality and excellent English communication skills.

Desired Skills

• Advanced data modeling knowledge.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of Power Automate.
• Experience in building reporting solutions and reliable data processing pipelines.

Compensation and Rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options, along with numerous benefits. The minimum salary for this position is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment, with the potential for a higher salary depending on your qualifications and experience.
