About Your Role

As Hostinger's Senior Product Data Analyst, you will partner directly with product owners to harness data in driving strategic decisions and product growth. Your innovative insights will directly influence our product offerings, aiding in acquisition and retention strategies to propel business growth. You will:

• Develop strategic recommendations by analyzing diverse data sets.
• Present findings and persuade company leadership by advocating data-driven decision-making.
• Design and implement A/B tests to refine user experience.
• Create user archetypes and tailor dashboards to track behavior patterns.
• Leverage a deep understanding of Hostinger’s product line to spearhead analytical initiatives.
• Work hand-in-hand with cross-departmental teams including product managers, engineers, and data specialists.

What We Expect from You

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven problem-solving prowess and strong analytical mindset.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in product or user behavior analytics using tools like Amplitude, MixPanel, or Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• A proactive attitude, ready to challenge the status quo with a focus on enhancing the client experience.
• Capability to handle large datasets and extract meaningful insights from them.
