Your Role and Impact

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in:

  • Owning our email/chat automation solution from inception to rollout, focusing on strategy and product roadmap.
  • Enhancing solution capabilities to automatically handle a variety of email communications.
  • Defining and prioritizing transformative product features and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure their successful implementation and delivery.
  • Directly engaging with clients and partners to gather insights and forge productive relationships.
  • Partnering with business unit teams to pinpoint operational necessities and identify new product opportunities.
  • Utilizing market trends and customer feedback to shape product strategy and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of product performance, pinpoint areas for enhancements, and oversee priority backlog items.
  • Empowering the sales team by providing essential information on product messaging, competitive features, and limitations.

About You

As an ideal candidate for the position of Senior Product Manager, you will bring:

  • Over 5 years of proven experience in product management, ideally within SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in launching and managing successful products and services.
  • Experience interfacing with clients at a Director level or higher, conducting productive discovery sessions.
  • Robust analytical abilities paired with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal aptitude necessary for motivating and leading cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field; fluency in English is a must.

For those with a keen focus on AI, additional qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing automated chat/email bot products, with specific skills in intent identification, conversational flow design, and bot performance analytics.
  • LLM implementation experience, ideally with a focus on customer support automation in AI.
  • Strategic thinking and experience in managing P&L are advantageous, as is experience in the travel industry or with AI customer support platforms.
