How You Make a Difference

As a Senior Product Manager for AI/ML solutions, you are responsible for delivering market-leading product capabilities aligned with Reltio’s AI/ML strategy to meet the rapidly growing demands of our expanding customer base. You will work with a cross-functional team, understand evolving trends in the ML space, competitive landscape, and other influencing factors to refine the AI/ML product roadmap. You will deliver product capabilities and support the go-to-market functions to facilitate customer adoption and drive business outcomes.

You should understand the limitations and capabilities of AI – where AI can be applied and what trade-offs need to be made. You are skilled at communicating the value proposition of AI-enabled offerings and the opportunity cost concerning Reltio’s overarching business strategy. AI is complex, so you are adept at using AI to simplify results and processes, and not over-engineer the system. You approach your work with a customer-first mindset and focus on the “what and why” of the problem statement before addressing the ‘how’. You will regularly report to the leadership team to review the AI product strategy, roadmap, release plan, and other key business metrics. You should bring an enthusiastic, team-player attitude, foster cooperation with other departments, and drive innovation and customer adoption for your product areas.

Responsibilities :

  • Product strategy – collaborate with all stakeholders to define differentiated and high-impact AI offerings targeting enterprise business and IT functions in Modern Data Management and Applications.
  • Problem-solving – innate ability to identify and define the right ML-solvable problems, with a clear definition of success metrics and acceptance criteria. Skilled in brainstorming on roadblocks (which are frequent in the ML world) and adept at finding ways to resolve them at source.
  • Orchestrator – clear and structured thinking to effectively work with stakeholders from varied backgrounds. Anticipate the challenges and opportunities, and agile enough to forge a path to success.
  • Risk Management – Foresee and communicate the risks with ML implementation and can mitigate them in a timely and effective manner. You are skilled at navigating the world of “unknown unknowns” and can scope requirements and expectations.
  • Product delivery – collaborate with Engineering to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, compelling products that fulfill the AI-fueled vision & strategy. The candidate should understand usability principles and work with interaction designers to define a cohesive user experience strategy for modern web and mobile applications.
  • Leadership – develop, facilitate, and drive cross-functional initiatives & alignment with key partner organizations, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Services, Support, and Partners. This includes managing agile processes for product launches, customer validations, and partner and sales enablement.
  • Detail-oriented – have an eye for detail and can deal with ambiguity to clearly communicate the goals and stay on track with the product roadmap.
  • Inquisitive mindset – skilled at questioning the status quo, challenging assumptions while seamlessly navigating the discussions and quickly arriving at solutions.
  • Execution-driven – adept at planning as well as execution and documenting the learnings along the way to share with the team. Conduct feasibility workshops in collaboration with cross-functional teams and quickly demonstrate value through MVP.

Required Skills:

  • A proven track record of delivering highly successful enterprise-scale web and mobile applications with a world-class user experience.
  • 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years in Product Management involving Software-as-a-Service products.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present complex topics to audiences of varying technical / business acumen.
  • Excellent listener with an acute sense of identifying customer and market problems.
  • Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-moving environment and see challenges as opportunities to create innovative AI solutions.
  • Prior experience in Master Data Management, Big Data technologies, Machine Learning, Analytics, and Customer Experience is desirable.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, Lean principles, Rapid Prototyping, and Design Thinking is a plus.
  • Familiarity with roadmap and SDLC tools to build and communicate vision, business plans, roadmaps, personas, and GTM strategy is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to travel globally.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline. MBA is a plus.
