The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager, AI/ML, dedicated to shaping and delivering our next generation of AI-powered financial products. This exciting role involves collaborating with our esteemed Machine Learning team and various key stakeholders to ensure our products are innovative and align with Responsible AI principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Enhance FactSet's AI/ML product portfolio through strategic recommendations, market research, and identifying transformative business opportunities within the financial sector.
• Market Analysis & Customer Insight: Gain a deep understanding of financial market trends and user needs, considering ethical and societal implications of AI.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to prototype and launch new products, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility, market desirability, and Responsible AI guidelines.
• Data-Driven Product Development: Contribute to the product roadmap, KPI definitions, and feature prioritization to maximize impact while adhering to fairness and transparency.
• Advocate for AI & RAI: Promote the transformative potential of AI/ML both internally and externally, championing the integration of Responsible AI practices.

Who You Are

As an ideal candidate, you will possess:

• A BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or an MBA with a solid tech focus.
• At least 7 years of professional experience including significant roles in product management, preferably within data-driven or AI-innovative projects.
• A strong grasp of machine learning concepts, alongside excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical domains.

Highly Desirable: Experience with agile methodologies, and familiarity with NLP, Large Language Models, and technologies like Python, Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, Apache Spark, and Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
