Opportunity Overview:

We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to lead our new Business Intelligence product team. This pivotal role involves collaborating with both business and clinical stakeholders to launch products that redefine user interactions with analytics and reports within the healthcare industry.

What You Will Do:

You will take charge of spearheading the Business Intelligence product team at Cohere, aiming to enhance business operations and client relationships through superior data reporting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development and execution of product roadmaps.
• Building relationships with customers and internal teams to deliver value-driven product enhancements.
• Working alongside engineering, data science, and other teams to define priorities and innovate BI solutions that support data-driven decisions.
• Developing intuitive user interfaces and data visualizations in collaboration with UX and design teams.
• Creating and implementing go-to-market strategies and supporting sales and marketing teams.

Your Background & Requirements:

For this role, you should have:

• At least 6 years of product management experience in care management, digital health, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years focused specifically on business intelligence or data analytics.
• A solid understanding of BI tools and technologies, such as data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• The ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments and proficiency in project management tools like JIRA or Trello.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with machine learning, AI, and data security practices.
