  • Apply product management expertise to develop new and innovative solutions.
  • Understand the financial industry and engage with a diverse range of companies.
  • Master the intricacies of financial accounts, transaction types, and data enhancement methods.
  • Utilize valuable data for significant user impact.
  • Analyze the pros and cons of solutions, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Empathize with users through research and usability testing sessions.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with APIs and/or cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Expert-level ability to prioritize complex issues.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Well-versed in user-centric solutions.

Advanced Requirements

Work Environment

MX utilizes a hybrid work model to attract top talent, ensure work-life balance, and boost productivity through collaboration. Team members balance remote work with monthly in-person meetings. Remote employees can expect around 15% travel, with expenses covered by the company. Local employees are encouraged to work in-office from Tuesday to Thursday. Our office offers perks such as company-paid meals, an onsite massage therapist, a golf simulator, and a meditation room.

Compensation

The expected on-target earnings (OTE) range from $132,500 to $159,000, comprised of base salary and additional cash compensation like bonuses or commissions. This range is part of MX's total rewards package and considers factors like job level, location, skillset, and peer compensation.
