Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in product management or a closely related role.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and launching technical products.
• Proven track record with Generative AI or Large Language Models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Technology, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of cross-functional team leadership.
• 5+ years in strategic marketing, business operations, or consulting.
• 4+ years preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
• 3+ years in software development or engineering.
• 3+ years managing a technical team with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders in infrastructure software, modeling, and AI research.
• Design and enhance processes to streamline AI Quality flows.
• Develop overarching product strategies in Data and Model Quality infrastructure.
• Prioritize and influence resource allocation based on market needs.
• Drive execution with cross-functional teams, providing frequent updates on progress.

Compensation

The salary range for this full-time role is $168,000 - $252,000, depending on location and experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, bonus, and equity. Detailed compensation information will be provided during the hiring process.
