About the Role: Senior Product Manager II (AI)

As a Product Manager at Seismic, you'll drive our product vision and ensure the success of the product through all development phases. You will nurture ideas from inception through research, production, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring that our new features solve customer problems effectively. Your product sense, customer empathy, leadership skills, and ability to execute will be crucial in this role.

We believe that AI, and specifically Generative AI, will transform how GTM and enablement teams operate. Seismic Aura, our AI engine, is driving this change. Our focus is on leveraging AI to enhance productivity and efficiency, leading to more successful sales outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with data scientists to build AI & ML models and applications, balancing strategic and tactical perspectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Seismic’s product, its customer problems, and the Sales Enablement space to deliver growth-driving solutions.
  • Build business cases for investment, integrating usability studies, research, and competitive analysis to inform leadership and stakeholders.
  • Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps informed by customer feedback, market research, and competitive insights.
  • Develop specifications, negotiate scopes, and partner with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver new capabilities.
  • Define and analyze key metrics to inform decision making and measure the success of product initiatives.
  • Support go-to-market processes and collaborate with multiple teams to achieve launch readiness and drive adoption.
  • Engage with customers on security and privacy matters related to deploying AI models in various industries.

Qualifications

  • Academic background in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related STEM field.
  • 5+ years of proven software Product Management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning and data science, ideally hands-on.
  • Proficiency in Python or related languages for data analytics and machine learning.
  • A passion for user experience and solving customer problems with delightful software.
  • Understanding of modern machine learning technologies and platforms.
  • Technical acumen - credible conversations with engineering stakeholders on technical tradeoffs and scalability.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, analytical, detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • A motivated self-starter, capable of translating uncertainty into clear, actionable plans. Collaborative and diplomatic with a strong vision.
