About the Team

At Clari, Product Management is pivotal to our success, defining and delivering a cutting-edge Revenue Platform. Our team collaborates with customers and Design/Engineering teams to solve critical problems in business and enterprise software. We encourage our Product Managers to think like general managers, owning their product area impacts and working across all functions to bring innovative solutions to life.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager II to bolster Clari’s position in the Rev Ops tech stack by developing a rich partner integration ecosystem. You'll collaborate with Business Development, R&D teams, and ISV partners to create new integrations for our external-facing marketplace. Your role is crucial in executing Clari’s product strategy and helping customers modernize revenue operations.

Note: This is a fully remote role based in Poland, with occasional travel to our office in Kraków.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver compelling solutions.
• Own and communicate the platform experience vision to stakeholders and the market.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop and drive the adoption of our design system.
• Create and refine generic services like notifications and search for our product suite.
• Work with internal teams to develop platform services that solve specific problems.
• Analyze data to make informed decisions on product development and implementation.
• Oversee product delivery from requirements gathering to market release.
• Partner with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to maximize product impact.
• Innovate creative solutions for new and unique challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Product Management within enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven track record with enterprise customers and managing complex requirements.
• Experience in large platform development and understanding of services like notifications, search, etc.
• Proficient in building and deploying design systems.
• Successful delivery of products and features from concept to market.
• Strong communication skills—written, oral, and visual.
• Empathy towards customer needs and collaborative teamwork.
• Attention to design details, such as corner radii, contrast, and interaction design.
• Ability to clarify and solve ambiguous, complex problems with determination.
