Market Research

Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Define Goals and Objectives

Establish clear goals and objectives for the product based on business requirements and customer feedback.

Product Planning

Roadmap Development

Create and communicate a product roadmap that outlines planned features and enhancements over time.

Prioritization

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements based on business value and customer impact.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Team Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve the product vision.

Communication

Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure alignment on the product vision and goals.

Development and Execution

User Stories

Define and document user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Agile Development

Work with development teams using agile methodologies to iteratively build and release features.

Specific to AI and Data

Leverage understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning to develop strategic product roadmaps.

Utilize popular AI, ML, and DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras to guide product development.

Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from conception through development, launch, and optimization.

Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the development of high-quality AI-driven products.

Provide leadership updates on product development progress, market trends, and potential challenges.

Coordinate with the engineering team to integrate MLOps practices into product development.

Supervise and assist the team in executing Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate research value.

Engage proactively in the patent creation process to protect intellectual property.

You Will Be Successful in This Role If You Have

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Solid background in Data Science and Software Engineering with an understanding of database indexing and data modeling.
• Experience in NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, with extensive work on NLP applications.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Knowledge of LLMs, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Experience with annotated datasets for Supervised Learning methods.
• Ability to find and implement the right algorithms and tools for NLP tasks.
• Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models.
• Extend ML libraries and frameworks for NLP tasks.
• Experience with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with analysis tools and platforms like R, Python, and Google Cloud.
• Strong PowerPoint skills.
• Advanced communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-culturally.
