Your Future Position as a Senior Regulatory Data Specialist

In the dynamic role of Senior Regulatory Data Specialist within our Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy Centre of Excellence (CoE), you'll play a critical part in maintaining the integrity and reliability of regulatory data crucial for compliance and safety assessments in our Fragrance & Beauty Division. Reporting directly to the Regulatory Affairs Director, your expertise will not only support but enhance our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Data Integrity: Gain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to our industry and customers. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of our fragrance ingredient data. Design and implement data management protocols, perform regular audits, and collaborate with regulatory experts.
  • Regulatory Partnership: Act as a go-to Regulatory Expert for manufactured ingredients, supporting operational activities from a regulatory standpoint and providing clear guidance to operational teams.
  • Analytical Expertise: Stay informed on industry regulations and customer requirements, managing compliance through proactive adjustments to our systems in collaboration with our Process Innovation Expert.
  • Global Project Management: Engage in and potentially lead global projects focusing on regulatory data integrity, tool development, and process improvements to meet both regulatory and customer needs.

Who We Are Looking For:

Your Professional Profile:

  • Advanced University / MS degree / Ph.D. in Scientific fields such as Toxicology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related areas.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience in product safety, scientific research, or regulatory affairs.
  • Extensive knowledge of global consumer product regulations and chemical regulations, including a robust understanding of REACH and Chemical Control Legislations.
  • Experience with Regulatory Database management and a strong affinity for information systems, preferably including SAP.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven project management capabilities.
