Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Researcher in Natural Language Processing (NLP), your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting NLP research and development, including Chinese word segmentation, part-of-speech tagging, sentence analysis, and named entity recognition.
• Performing tasks related to text classification, sentiment analysis, data mining, text generation, topic analysis, and label extraction.
• Optimizing existing online algorithms and developing efficient and reliable NLP solutions to meet business needs using data.
• Exploring applications of NLP techniques and deep learning algorithms in gaming.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in academia and industry to quickly integrate new findings into your work.

Job Requirements

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals, statistical models, and machine learning principles with experience in NLP-related projects.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and familiarity with basic data structures and algorithms.
• Preferred experience in big data mining, knowledge-graph auto-making, and deep learning.
• Familiarity with word segmentation, part-of-speech tagging, entity recognition, sentence analysis, and model pre-training is a plus. Additional experience in sentiment analysis, relationship extraction, and event extraction is preferred.
• Publication of results in renowned academic journals and conferences such as EMNLP and ACL is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CRF, SVM, word vectors, RNN, CNN, LSTM, GAN, and other classic machine learning and deep learning algorithms and tools is preferred.
