Role Overview

You will report directly to the Director of Revenue and form part of a team working under the Chief Accounting Officer. Your typical working hours will be from 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST, placing you at the forefront of our drive to enhance agility and efficiency in revenue reporting using advanced automation techniques and analytical tools. Whether it’s Python, SQL, or the latest in data visualization, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage a wide array of technologies in your daily work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the completion of global monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close processes for revenue.
• Address complex data challenges through robust analysis of financial systems.
• Engage in data requirement gathering, preparation of BRDs and FRDs, data prep, and accurate data interpretation.
• Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to provide actionable insights to business users and develop dashboards for period close processes.
• Propose and implement enhancements to improve data collection and analysis efficiency consistently.
• Maintain the highest data quality in our platform, promoting automation and scalability.
• Conduct training on data visualization and presentation techniques across teams.
• Remain current with industry practices and trends in revenue analysis and data analytics.
• Apply statistical analysis to summarize data and predict future trends.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, dashboard creation, and reporting (Looker / PowerBI / Tableau / Metabase preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with advanced SQL and at least 2 years of hands-on Python experience, including familiarity with Pandas and Matplotlib.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, or another relevant quantitative field.
• Demonstrated capability to discover insights and correlations across diverse datasets.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment, and capable of delivering strong individual contributions.
