Job Description

What sets the Finance team apart is our 'service first' approach. We strive to maintain strong communication with the rest of the company to minimize bottlenecks and achieve efficiency. As a Senior Revenue Data Manager, you will steer our revenue automation and systems infrastructure while keeping up with one of the fastest-growing marketplace companies.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Construct scalable financial systems and automate processes to expedite and value-add Wolt's accounting closure and reconciliation process. Work collaboratively with Group Accounting, Product, Analytics, Engineering to implement new product launches and business changes, ensuring timely implementation of data pipelines for accounting month-end needs.
  • Help develop a team of revenue data analysts to support month-end data requirements, coding and ERP integration, and carry out UAT on the integration of these requirements into month-end accounting scripts.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation on revenue data workflows and SOX Controls. Ensure proper documentation for new launches is maintained for the company's month-end process while reporting progress to the Head of Revenue Cycle
  • Assist with quarterly and annual audit requirements and walkthroughs
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have SQL database experience, including database management and query design
  • Experience with NetSuite, Looker, Alteryx, GSuite preferred
  • 7+ years of analytics, finance, or related field experience, with at least 3 years of experience in managing and developing staff
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS and internal controls
  • Experience with US GAAP and/or SOX compliance is a plus
  • Self-motivated and self-managed - able to think independently, creatively, and opportunistically
  • Should possess a get-it-done mindset - capable of handling stress well, humble and scrappy!
  • Data-obsessed and not afraid to dig into the smallest detail for truth
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in the gig economy or marketplace company is a plus
  • Comfortable using English as a working language.
  • Must be eligible to work in the E.U.
