In short, you will be called to
Design and implement innovative techniques for the development and commercialization of advanced language models.
Develop and refine engineering standards, objectives, and metrics to ensure the highest quality in language model production.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of researchers to plan and execute experiments, including the fine tuning and distillation of large language models (LLM).
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into practical applications.
Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers in the field of language model development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
Evaluate and adapt emerging technologies and tools to improve LLM production processes, including fine-tuning and distillation.
Contribute to research publications and patents to share discoveries and innovations with the scientific community.
Participate in knowledge sharing and brainstorming sessions to foster a collaborative research environment.
Continuously assess and improve language model production techniques to meet evolving industry standards, focusing on fine-tuning and distilling LLMs.
Your profile
Possess skills in the development of advanced language models.
A solid experience in engineering standards, using TensorFlow and for quality assurance.
Collaborative work within interdisciplinary teams with expertise in Hugging Face Transformers.
Experience in integrating LLMs into practical applications, using cloud platforms like AWS Lambda and Azure Functions.
Leadership and mentoring skills in language model development.
Continuous learning in NLP and ML, including using tools such as Jupyter Notebooks and GitHub.
Ability to adapt to emerging technologies (for example, Kubernetes) to improve LLM production.
A history of contributions to research and patents.
Active participation in knowledge sharing sessions and brainstorming. Commitment to quality-focused LLM production, including containerization with Docker.
