  • Take charge of the overall data architecture for regulatory reporting at OP Financial Group.
  • Align new regulatory demands and product innovations with concrete data needs, considering the specific features of each team or reporting sector.
  • Work closely with business operations and our Data Warehousing sector to ensure regulatory requirements are met, enabling high-quality and timely reporting.
  • Standardize and enhance our ELT/ETL data architecture, manage data quality, documentation, processes, and facilitate collaboration across teams.

This position is based in our Vallila office in Helsinki, but accommodates a flexible blend of remote and on-site work within Finland.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in the financial sector, particularly with product reporting and data exploration.
  • Background in utilizing tools such as SAS, DataStage, Teradata, Databricks, and Azure.
  • Strong independent, adaptable, and long-term work methodology combined with excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English.
  • An academic degree in either a commercial or technical field at undergraduate or graduate level.

If you identify with the above and are ready to tackle this challenge, we eagerly await your application. Join us and contribute to enhancing our reporting capabilities.
