Job Description:

As ServiceNow continues to experience phenomenal growth, we seek a visionary Senior Staff Product Manager in Data and Analytics to enhance our foundational business analytics capabilities. This role involves the development of cutting-edge Analytical Products including AI/ML features, providing critical insights across the enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Analytics, this role is a unique blend of advanced analytics, product management, and strategic vision.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the development of innovative analytical products, from ideation through to deployment, leveraging tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Enhance business decision-making processes through effective use of predictive modeling and AI/ML technologies.
  • Drive the strategic roadmap for Analytics, enhancing decision effectiveness and operational speed for end-users.
  • Champion the adoption and effective use of analytics products across various business units, enhancing product satisfaction and driving revenue impact.
  • Foster innovation within the team, positioning it as a center of excellence within ServiceNow.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Business. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • At least 12+ years of experience in Analytics, with a minimum of 2 years in a Product Manager role.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing ML solutions for mid to large-sized organizations.
  • Strong familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and agile scrum frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience in Python, R, or Azure ML considered beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
