About This Role - Senior Staff Product Manager, Generative AI

As the Senior Staff Product Manager for Generative AI and Productivity, you’ll lead transformative strategies at Mozilla, specifically around integrating smart productivity tools into Firefox. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing user productivity through cutting-edge features, ensuring that Firefox remains at the forefront of browser technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and propel the product strategy for cutting-edge features that boost online productivity.
• Become a leading expert and visionary on generative AI in web browsers.
• Collaborate closely with teams across engineering and UX to roll out new features across platforms.
• Direct product discovery processes to address clear customer needs efficiently.
• Handle Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in partnership with the marketing team, optimizing feature launches.
• Devise and manage the roadmap for integrating generative AI productivity features into Firefox.
• Engage with business development and engineering to maximize in-house capabilities and partnership potentials.
• Oversee experimentation and define success metrics to evaluate the impact and performance of new features.

What We Require:

• Over 8 years of experience in product management with a solid background in launching consumer-facing solutions.
• Proven track record in utilizing AI technologies to enhance product productivity and user experience.
• Strong communication skills coupled with the capability to work decisively and independently.
