Role Overview: Senior Strategy Manager

The Senior Strategy Manager, reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Product Harmonization (EPH), GCP Strategy & Offshore Governance, must exhibit outstanding organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves driving the BI GCP migration strategy and assisting the team in creating and communicating innovative plans and strategies. A key responsibility is overseeing the comprehensive BI data strategy and effectively presenting key details to the senior leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide regular updates to the executive leadership team, including our VP and SVP, on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
• Oversee a variety of business cases, strategic deliverables, and performance outlooks throughout the year.
• Manage the monthly forecasting process for the TBM BI team and present monthly financial performance updates to senior leadership.
• Organize and facilitate governance forums with stakeholders from BI, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Lead executive-level storytelling by distilling complex information into simple, meaningful recommendations for monthly and quarterly updates.
• Collaborate with teams to minimize risks, capitalize on opportunities, and ensure alignment between KPI commitments and actual results.
• Work with BI Team Managers to develop the overall strategic plan and conduct semi-annual reviews.
• Create scenario-based analyses and make strategic recommendations to the Senior Leadership team.

Required Experience

• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, strategy, or management consulting.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform migration projects and strategies.
• Prior experience or interest in telecommunications and technology.
