We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Software Program Manager to become a part of NVIDIA’s innovative Compute Software platform team. What You'll Be Doing:

As a core member of our team, you will collaborate intensely with software and firmware development managers, engineers, and other logistical staff. Your expertise will be vital in defining and implementing processes to support NVIDIA cloud services and our CSP customers, touching upon general compute and firmware releases as well.

Responsibilities include scheduling and leading status meetings, maintaining release schedules, and documenting these processes succinctly. You will advocate for software objectives across the company, driving scheduling and planning for all process implementation phases. This role requires developing and managing concurrent schedules and leading improvements in product development and software release processes.

Moreover, you’ll be integral in working with our partners in product development and driving programs across various functional groups. Customer interaction is key; you'll translate their requirements into actionable plans and keep them updated on progress.

What We Need to See:

Your background should demonstrate a proven track record in delivering complex products to customers and hands-on experience with software development processes. Your ability to work independently, resolve technical issues creatively, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment will be essential. You should have:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally at the intersection of software, firmware, and system development.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of software engineering principles and configuration management tools.
  • Expertise in productivity tools and process automation.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the knack for driving strategic consensus.
