The NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) is seeking an exceptional course developer to create immersive, hands-on learning experiences. The role involves working together with internal subject matter experts to construct project-based hands-on training for Intelligent Video Analytics (IVA). This new instructor-led workshop will educate developers and data scientists on the NVIDIA recommended methodologies for tackling complicated problems in video analytics using NVIDIA’s SDKs and toolkits. NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU in 1999 fueled the surge of the PC gaming market, redefined contemporary computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU boosted deep learning has ignited the modern AI — the forthcoming era of computing — with the GPU functioning as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can sense and comprehend the world. Today, we are widely known as “the AI computing company”. We are expanding our company and forming teams with the brightest minds globally. What you'll be doing: You will develop a top-notch hands-on self-paced/instructor-led training course on IVA for developers, researchers, and data scientists. As a DLI content development team member, your tasks will include: - Teaming up with subject matter experts from NVIDIA to create course proposals and set learning objectives. - Developing a project-based storyboard that outlines the learning experience and important assets, exercises, and evaluations for the course. - Collaborating with subject matter experts to curate training materials for the workshop, including intriguing diagrams, interactive hands-on exercises/evaluations that prepare developers to construct IVA applications. - Creating instructor certification criteria and evaluation materials, and instructor notes spotlighting the best practices for presenting the course live. - Participating in internal “test flight” and “dry-run” deliveries for the IVA course, to confirm the course material is superior and that instructors are ready to constantly deliver a top-quality learning experience. - Interacting with regional teams to assist with localization and deployment of courses. What we need to see: - Currently studying Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science. - Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. - Proficiency in a computer language such as Python, C/C++. - Experience with Jupyter notebooks, Google Colab, GitHub, and other similar tools. - Experience creating comprehensive hands-on training for developers or other technical audiences. Ways to stand out from the crowd: - Prior success in managing multiple parallel projects. - Experience using Nvidia DeepStream, Jetson, TAO, or Metropolis. - Development experience in cloud-based Linux environments. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills (sample accepted).
