Overview of the Role

This pivotal role focuses on defining and executing a comprehensive customer analytics strategy across various channels, reflecting our broad digital transformation. Here, you will lead efforts to ensure accurate web and customer data capture, governance, and insightful reporting. The role encourages cross-functional collaboration among digital marketing, analytics, design, IT, and CRM professionals to enhance our direct consumer and omnichannel capabilities.

This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to be based in the Denver, CO area and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Web Data Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize analytics needs across platforms.
• Create compelling, actionable reports and dashboards.
• Develop roadmaps for data collection and scalable implementation plans with IT support.
• Drive data-driven decision making and deep customer insights within the organization.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and conversion funnels.
• Standardize dashboard and reporting focused on key performance indicators.
• Manage site tagging strategies and partner with Development and QA teams for quality assurance.
• Lead A/B testing strategies and analysis, providing vital insights for website optimization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Over 3 years of experience in web and customer analytics.
• Expertise in GA 4 and Google Analytics Tag Manager (preferred).
• Experience in B2B or B2C analytics with a proficiency in translating data into strategic insights.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and executive communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits

For our Colorado-based roles, we offer a competitive contract hourly rate of $75 - $90, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
