Job Description:

As a pivotal part of our team, you will undertake a dual role in our Maintenance Department. Your responsibilities will split between business and technical dimensions:

  • Business Management: Prepare reports and presentations, design interactive dashboards for budgeting, and perform analysis on internal KPIs such as cost, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and PMR (Preventative Maintenance Ratio).
  • Technical Analysis: Engage in analyzing machine failures, downtime, and equipment performance. You’ll also support adaptations in predictive maintenance, AI solutions, and machine signal analysis to propel our digital transformation.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Improvement Projects.
  • Designing data processing and modeling infrastructure.
  • Building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and developing visualization dashboards.
  • Maintaining data infrastructure and debugging.
  • Assisting with operational tasks like maintaining data sheets and updating process documents and systems.
  • Acquiring new skills and tools as required on the job.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Being a 3rd year undergraduate or a postgraduate student specializing in Electrics/Electronics.
  • Fluency in English, with German language skills considered a plus.
  • Prior experience in Software Development, Power BI, Python, and projects desired.
  • Proficient in Advanced MS Office and programming, with knowledge in AI, Power BI, Python, SAP, and i4.0 applications.
  • Understanding of relational databases, SQL query building, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks promptly.
  • A passion for data, problem-solving skills, and a continuous learning mentality.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and team-working abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
