About The Role

The Finance Transformation team is responsible for establishing scalable, global finance processes that leverage technology to assist CrowdStrike’s rapid growth. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Data & Analytics Manager, this role involves collaborating with business leaders to understand data and metrics requirements, analyzing data from different sources, and building dashboards using Tableau to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and determine data and reporting insights to deliver reports/dashboards to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Develop complex SQL queries and views from multiple data sources.
• Support the end-to-end Business Intelligence lifecycle, including capturing business requirement definitions (BRD/user stories), creating functional requirement definitions (FRD), technical design documents (TDD), and running user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Build clever system integrations to power business strategy and execution.
• Maintain reliable data pipelines and architect scalable data solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and IT to establish optimized, source-of-truth datasets for cross-functional reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any STEM field.
• 8+ years’ experience in assembling, querying large, complex datasets, and building data visualizations.
• Expertise in designing and developing interactive Tableau Dashboards and Reports.
• Excellent coding skills in SQL.
• Experience integrating various data sources into Tableau ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong understanding of applied machine learning topics.
• Ability to explain complex technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of leading complex data projects.
• Values documentation, collaboration, and mentoring.

Bonus Points

• Tableau Certification.
• Exposure to Snowflake and AWS.
• Experience or knowledge in building and maintaining data pipelines.
