Your Role: Senior Manager, Data Modeling & GTM Strategy
As our new Senior Manager of Data Modeling & GTM Strategy, you'll play a crucial role in building and analyzing complex data models while shaping and executing our Go-To-Market strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll make a tangible impact on our growth trajectory. We're looking for someone with a passion for Excel data modeling, extensive experience with Salesforce, and the ability to turn data into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Complex Data Models: Lead the construction, maintenance, and optimization of intricate Excel data models using extensive data sets.
- Annual GTM Planning Support: Create frameworks and roadmaps for ongoing planning processes, including defining cadences and facilitating meetings.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed data-driven analyses to provide strategic recommendations and collaborate with the reporting team to ensure accurate data reporting.
- GTM Strategy Development: Define, manage, and execute GTM strategies and sales acceleration initiatives that align with market conditions and business goals.
- Win/Loss Analysis: Support win/loss analysis efforts to drive strategic decisions and prepare findings for presentation.
- Segmentation & Coverage Planning: Participate in efforts to ensure strategic market alignment.
- KPI Definition & Realization: Assist in defining key performance indicators and develop regular reporting to drive growth.
- Board and QBR Preparation: Support the preparation of board presentations and quarterly business review decks.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Contribute to a customer-centric culture by ensuring revenue operations positively impact customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide ad hoc data analysis to address emerging business challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support cross-training efforts to promote work-life balance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data/financial modeling and GTM Strategy within a subscription-based business.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- High competency in data/financial modeling, analysis, and developing actionable business insights.
- Strong business acumen in a software-related environment.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, Excel modeling, and data visualization tools (Looker preferred, or Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in a fast-paced global company, managing multiple projects and relationships.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and process-oriented.
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong intellectual and creative problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and detail-oriented.
The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000 - $165,000, depending on your skills and experience.
