Your Impact:

As an integral member of our agile team, you will lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that are not only secure and scalable but also reinforce our ambitious Data strategy objectives. Your role will involve:

  • Leading pivotal projects requiring coordination across different organizational segments.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses on complex datasets to influence real-world technological applications.
  • Exploring innovative business solutions by melding theoretical knowledge with practical experimentation.
  • Developing and deploying robust software codes within production environments.
  • Identifying potential risks in software solutions and mitigating them proactively.
  • Enhancing team and organizational decision-making through transparent, credible communication.

What We Look For:

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Formal training or certifications in software engineering with at least 3 years of practical experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Python, AWS, and Databricks.
  • Proficient understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and relevant AWS technologies.
  • Experience in designing large-scale data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
  • Proficiency with container orchestration technologies including ECS and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
  • A strong foundation in Java or Scala along with Python.
  • Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • A passion for managing both structured and unstructured large datasets.

Good to have:

  • Experience in supporting ML model training and deployment pipelines.
