Impact You’ll Bring to Moloco

As a part of our Machine Learning Infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in building software that enables our ML team to deploy faster and more efficient models. You'll be working with our advanced ML models, which are integral to our value proposition.

The Opportunity

  • Utilize advanced machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow2 and JAX with newer hardware accelerators like GPUs and TPUs.
  • Develop infrastructure that enables the ML team to train approximately 1000 model instances daily and handle 7M QPS with a latency of 25 milliseconds.

Is This Role Right for You?

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience using modern languages like Python, Java, C#, Go, C++, etc.
  • 2+ years of software development experience in backend/infrastructure systems.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • A fundamental understanding of distributed computing concepts, with experience in large-scale distributed systems being highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of hardware accelerators like GPUs and TPUs, with experience in optimizing workloads on them highly preferred.
  • Experience with modern ML frameworks like TensorFlow2, PyTorch, and/or JAX.
  • Proficiency in public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the provided range is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual compensation may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Base Compensation Range: $133,476—$200,214 USD
