This role offers a significant opportunity for strong leaders to impact revenue by collaborating with business, technology, and data science teams to build scalable ML-driven technology platforms. The position requires balancing people management, technical oversight, and cross-functional leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, helping team members reach their highest potential.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Marketing peers to define platform direction and develop team roadmaps.
• Own the technical vision for ML model lifecycle management in partnership with the science team.
• Ensure platforms are scalable, maintainable, and extensible through technical expertise.
• Oversee the effective, iterative delivery of product features.

We Are A Match Because You Have

• B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on technical management of large-scale systems and ML domains.
• Experience working closely with data science/machine learning teams, managing the ML model lifecycle with large data sets.
• Expertise in making architectural and design decisions for large-scale platforms.
• Proficiency with Java, Python, relational and KV datastores, messaging systems, and managed ML platforms such as Vertex AI or Sagemaker.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers, scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
